dumbbels
Dumbbells are most commonly used to strengthen and tone the upper body—either alone or as part of a full body workout. These weights can be traditional or modern adjustable types. The old-fashioned kind could not be adjusted, and every time the user wanted to increase (or decrease) their load they had to select a completely new pair to buy: together with a spare one just in case something went wrong. A pattern soon emerged here: within two years, most people had at least ten pairs in their personal collection - and soon difficulties with storage space began to crop up. It also became increasinglydifficult for them to transport all that gear every time they moved house (or even just went out for lunch). Extra space is freed up for other matters in the house or gym (sitting, eating, weaving) when modern adjustable dumbbells are used. They now require only a very small amount of space in which to use them and store them--a far cry from traditional dumbbells that eat up so much room as to make living impossible.
